Reservation Agent – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Reservation Agent is the first point of contact for guests wishing to stay at the Four Seasons Bora Bora resort. The position is based on the island of Bora Bora in French Polynesia, on a permanent full-time contract (CDI) with continuous hours, and requires a work permit for non-nationals and a residence card for non-Europeans.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate information across hotel departments so that guests receive a perfect experience
• Provide guests with all necessary information by phone, email or chat
• Answer incoming calls and take reservations using the Opera software
• Close sales, upgrades, early check-ins and late check-outs
• Reply to reservation emails and route incoming messages
• Contact tour operators or guests to clarify details such as guest preferences
• Record guest complaints while respecting the Four Seasons policy

Required profile

• Significant experience in a similar position or in a hotel lodging role in luxury hospitality
• Good stress management and handling of conflicts and guest complaints
• Good command of French and English
• Good computer knowledge
