Director of Food & Beverage

About the role

The Food & Beverage Director joins the senior management team of Four Seasons Bora Bora, overseeing all restaurants, bars, banquets, room service and private events, as well as kitchen and stewarding operations.

Key responsibilities

• Control labour and operating costs through effective planning, budgeting, purchasing decisions and stock control.
• Recruit, train, develop and evaluate staff and managers across the F&B division.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and executive team to design attractive menus, wine lists and amenities while ensuring product quality and price integrity.
• Maintain visible presence on the floor, build relationships with regular guests and ensure seamless coordination with other departments.

Required profile

• Significant experience in a similar senior role within luxury hospitality.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong service orientation, customer satisfaction focus and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership, team‑management and analytical abilities, with strategic decision‑making capability.
• Island or resort experience is an advantage.
