Reservation Agent

About the role

The Reservation Agent is the first point of contact for guests wishing to stay at the Four Seasons Bora Bora resort. The role involves handling inquiries, bookings and ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate information across hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide necessary information to guests via phone, email or chat.
• Answer incoming calls and record reservations using the Opera system.
• Close sales, manage upgrades, early check‑ins and late check‑outs.
• Respond to reservation emails and route incoming messages appropriately.
• Contact tour operators or guests to clarify preferences and details.
• Record guest complaints in line with Four Seasons policy.

Required profile

• Significant experience in a similar reservation or luxury hospitality role.
• Strong stress, conflict and complaint management abilities.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Human qualities that align with Four Seasons’ golden rule.
• Good computer literacy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Opera reservation software.
