About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Resort Manager to lead a small, boutique property on a tranquil island near Tahiti. This intimate setting offers a handful of individually appointed guest rooms and a strong focus on personalized service, privacy, and relaxation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the boutique resort, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guests, delivering warm, personalized experiences from arrival to departure.
• Coordinate guest requests, excursions, spa services, transportation, and dining recommendations.
• Manage housekeeping, breakfast service, limited bar operations, and maintenance activities.
• Supervise a small on‑site team and collaborate with external service providers and local partners.
• Utilize the property’s PMS and reservation systems for guest and operational transactions.
• Ensure compliance with local hospitality regulations and maintain property standards proactively.

Required profile

• Fluent in French with excellent guest‑facing communication skills.
• Hands‑on, personable manager who enjoys direct interaction with guests.
• Experience managing small‑scale hospitality operations or boutique hotels.
• Ability to work flexible hours, typically 8 am – 6 pm with a one‑hour lunch break.
